When I was younger I had quite a temper.

I used to yell.

Just because I was too scared to tell.

Tell that I needed help.

Help to stand up for myself.

Help to feel control.

Control over my emotions.

Let go of my demotions.

Start the demolition of the rat race competition.

Calm the boiling water.

Please let me call you later.

Don’t slaughter me just because I’m a so called hater.

Time to let go.

Please don’t tell me what to do.

Your thoughts and actions no longer affect me.

I’m happy with myself and my family.
