Boring Intake

Everything has become way too predictable.

But then why am I not surprised?

Is this what it’s all about?

Blending of day and night.

Rat race in circles around the same old cage.

Breathe in and out to further our agenda.

Nothing matters except in the realm of our tunnel vision.

Sit back and take a nap.

A week later you end up in the same spot.

You want to be pleasantly surprised.

But it all becomes a big letdown.

Until one day you somewhat break free.

A constant struggle sometimes you’re in and sometimes you’re out.

Either way you slice it we all end up in the same spot eventually.
