Most people can agree that being micromanaged is often at times worse than getting your teeth pulled.
Having to micromanage someone is just as horrible.
Too many times the work place seems like an adult daycare with high school cliques.
Not to mention the non stop gossiping.
Even if it’s done to pass the time it is still very annoying to bear.
Worst of all, usually the employees who are getting micromanaged are the best employees.
The top performers shouldn’t have to pick up the slack for everyone.
Most of us have had the manager who constantly repeats themselves.
Do they really think that’s the best form of communication?
They should make it a rule that for every repeat directive employees either get a raise or a bonus.
Sort of like a stupid and inefficient tax on these incompetent creatons.
In addition, they try to soften the blow by saying great job at the end of the day.
Maybe they need to be overly critical to justify their salaries.
Either way it tends to be very demotivating.
At the end of the day, just do the job you were paid to do and go home.
